Welcome to my company!
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Cheongsik Kong, the CEO of Chung Food Co., Ltd.
My company was established on Aug.16, 2000 and exports canned oysters (smoked and boiled) to the U.S.A and Canada. Canned oysters are a low-acid food. These canned oysters are both delicious and perfectly safe because of their high temperature processing. Nutritionally well-balanced, you can eat them anywhere and at anytime, and they are always delicious!
I majored in fishery manufacturing and have worked at companies exporting oysters and canned oysters for 28 years. I have realized throughout my career that these products have to be made as clean and as safe as if they were to be eaten by my own family.
